Post YJA Alert!!!!!
So, much like Carl experienced about a year ago, it looks as though I am the victim of a YJA scam and recently got hosed on an auction I won. So rather than see anybody else get screwed by this person I thought I'd post whatever info I could here.

The seller at the time - they are no longer active big surprize - went by the name solar842. What tipped me off was the use of the same image except under a new sellers name. The previous items as well as some other stuff are now being resold here:
http://openuser.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/user/fun84i2

What's crazy is that I actually bid on that Taco and then looked into what else the seller had for auction only to notice the same image for the green Mutant Chaos I had won! I e-mailed Celga and just got word back that they have not had any luck contacting the seller. I'm so fucking pissed as I dumped a wad of cash on this figure as it's been one I've been after for as long as I've been collecting RxH.

Celga is good stuff though and have already offered to meet me half way on the loss. I really appreciate this.

This has definitely made me reconsider YJA though as this is now the third time I've gotten fucked over. Fortunately the first time Celga had not paid the seller and I was refunded entirely, recently I got shafted on a Chibull auction which luckly ended at 1750 Yen and now this! I hate the fact that there is nothing I can do - no recourse what-so-ever.

Any ways, enough bitching and take note!

Wow, damn dude that sucks. And good looking out as I also was looking at that pink chaos.

I wonder if you could call you credit card company and file some sort of claim.

I'll be talking to Celga more to see whether anything else can be done as well as inquiring with my credit card company. If anything of value comes from either of these inquiries I'll post it here so everybody can get a better idea as to whether there is any sort of recourse in a situation like this.

I was thinking that also, but recently multiples of the same old school figure have been popping up within months of each other. So I just figured this was one of them. Glad I decided to hold off.

Thanks for the tip, sorry it came at such a high price.

I stay away from the low feedback sellers, but sometimes it's so tempting when it's something you really want and YJA is probably the only place you're gonna find it.

i'm just waiting for the first time this happens to me ... sorry to hear it.

you could file a dispute with your credit card company, which would get your money back. the problem with this is that then it would be celga taking the whole loss and they probably wouldn't appreciate that so much. they pay all the sellers with bank transfers, which are essentially irreversible.
