Don't think they do sequential order #s; at least they didn't on the last really limited items I got from them. It could've changed though.
Edit: The Dehara Dog GID is a "request" though not an "add to cart" item; no idea what they're doing on these especially since people have been rejected on the dog yet its still requestable.
