why make a bunch of post bitching about them then ! get over it, shit happens , hhe fun is in the hunt ! if you could get everything you wanted in the shopping basket this hobby would be a lot less interesting !
Because I think the online sale was a sham.
Because more people here report getting Old Balance Blobpus sets from the onlinesales than either Galtans or Chaos.
Because they didn't offer pre-orders to all their regular customers.
I think they suck, thats my prerogative.

Krudler do you not receive any emails from them? The pre-order was not worded like a pre-order. If you receive their updates you received a pre-order offer.

Well shit.
So far with the recent releases I am 0 and 5.
If it weren’t for Super 7 I wouldn’t have anything RxH related. I am getting to the point where I’m re-evaluating this hobby. I love the thrill of the hunt but at this rate I’m starving for a kill…I honestly can’t afford to pay the secondary market prices on RxH so getting them upfront is the only way for me, which again is why Super 7 is my personal hero. But it’s becoming more of a frustration than anything else trying to get releases from other places.
Another example is SDCC. It seems like some of the best stuff goes on sale there. A "Virus Glow" version of Tim's Tankizaado?
I think in the future Kaiju Taro should probably either have it be an all preorder deal or only online. It seems like they must have set aside quite a few before hand for the pre-order and had very little for the web sale. I’m not bagging on them it is just a suggestion. They were very, very polite with I emailed them about the Galtans.

I can't complain cause' I got one via the preo-order BUT I think they sould ahve had less for pre-order or none, even if that meant I would have NOT gotten one. It would have been more fair. It just seems like it was handeled poorly, not a scam though. Maybe they'll learn, only 1 year old now they have time and have been pretty tight in that 1 year.

No nothing despite like $300 in past busness with them. Thats the main reason I'm peeved. If they're rewarding loyal customers with pre-sale offers thats fair. But I heard nothing.
I miss limited stuff constantly. Its not a big deal but here I'm aggravated for a few reasons.
saturday Galtans were removed from my cart, no biggie I was too slow. The Chaos was done in under 5 seconds, it wasn't "removed"but after final confirmation it gave me a wierd try again message (not cart empty).
I don't generally get upset over missing items the Galtans clearly sold out because I was slow. The Chaos was a different story the failure to issue a pre offer along with the Chaos poof is why I feel cheated.
Finally I'm fine with letting the thread die, I think its odd that Old Balance online sale seemed more fair than KTs from what people report here.
I had said my fill last night until Donnierobot started demanding I shut up. Generally for me to listen to a shut up request I either need to like or respect the person giving it I don't like or respect him so I replied.

It may be difficult, but as an on-line retailer I feel it's their duty (and it might not even be difficult, just have to buy the right software?). Others have had this issue and have fixed it. KAWS oversold the Green GID 5YL, which prompted him to fix his webstore. I'm sure the software can be written so that items held in your shopping cart are cleared after X minutes of no activity. Doesn't Flopdoodle operate like this?

They're a tiny Japanese kaiju company. Look at the prices they sell the stuff for. They have sales like this 2-3 three times a year and this is probably the first that has been this hyped. You have to realize that some over here don't realize just how popular this stuff is in the States. Give them a break. And quite comparing them to Oldbalance. At least you don't see the stuff on YJA.

Wow. It's amazing how upset people get when they don't get what they want. Just repeat "They are only toys". Everything will be ok.

Eggstactly...
I missed the pre-order and missed on Sunday.
Briefly disappointed but whatever. Next.
Too much stuff that catches my eye.
Now there's insane Charactics Wonder Festival releases...

You've never felt disappointment when you didn't get something that you want? People have every right to voice how they're feeling about this. I definitely think a lot of people got cheated when the sale actually 'began.' There's no way in hell there could have been over 10 pieces of each of those toys that were in high demand. I'm personally just annoyed that I e-mailed KT about preordering before the preorder opened, so my requests were denied. I didn't get in on time for the actual preorder, so I thought I might have a chance if I flew through the online ordering process. But that didn't happen. It just sucks that now I have to try to get them (like everyone else) on the aftermarket at highly inflated prices from what I could have gotten them for direct from KT. I will have them. It's just a matter of time and more money, that's all. It would have just been much easier to buy them when they were released. But that's definitely how many cookies crumble with this obsession. Edit: Also, I have to say that I in no way am pissed at KT, or going to boycott them -- They are an awesome company and resource that I won't soon stop using.

I got this for someone here on the forum but they opted out. First PM to me gets it.
Edit: Sorry I wasn't clear, as I just read a few messages about how people missed out on the Chaos. It is the Chaos I am talking about.
CHAOS GONE

I just don't think it's fair that so few went up for sale when they were scheduled to. I'm not as annoyed as I was on Saturday night, but the storm has now calmed and I really just want the toys now.

maybe 100? so you can stop worring. If they made 100 of these they will be floating around for awhile.

Interesting photo, thanks Pogue.
I actually feel a lot better about missing the release since its not even close to a small run.
Guess they sold all of those on pre-order...

Yeah, sometimes KT will send you an automated confirm email, only to tell you later, very politely, no.

Uh, I got an e-mail confirmation that night and nothing since. Do you mean the Paypal request?
EDIT: See above.
