Holy crap!
those are fantastic. One of my favorite childhood memories was watching old godzilla flicks on creature feature back in the '70's. Thank god my parents were cool enough to introduce me to horror / kaiju when I was 6
Who puts those out?

They're made by Charactics. Those are the mini Hedorahs. About 3".

The glow one is actually one of the 6" ones but thanks to no scale indications, it does look comparable to the mini clear.
I'm totally blown away but the sculpt for the 6"; the lines and edges are appear so soft, as if he was made of wax that was sculpted the slightly melted. The subtlety of the spray is also really amazing. After actually seeing this thing with my own two eyes, i think it's my favorite hedorah.
I'm waiting patiently to get my invaders and walders from japan. I think charactics has their finger on something very special. Their toys are inspired and really give me the feeling that they're always going to be classics.

Oops. Didn't look close enough at the glow one. Didn't notice the articulated arms.

That clear one is great. I should have grabbed that when I saw it at Super7, but I am dumb, dumb, dumb.
Charactics' site says there were only 30 of those made, and I'm surprised that I've seen more than a couple of them in Americans' collections.

whether or not it's that limited, it's a great toy. I'd love to have a standard size charactics hedorah in clear with the spray, just like it.
