I can't wait!

Issue 9 of the magazine was like a primer for me on Secret Base. I can't even imagine what the RxH section is going to be like.

I had an S7 subscription, but I have no idea how made issues (if any) I had left in it. Oh well, if I get a shiny mook in the mail, I'll know. :)

With the last issue of S7 magazine, they included a note with how many issues you have left in your subscription. It was also to note to subscribers that S7 has decided to change their magazine to the mook.

Hmm, I remember the note, but no idea what I did with it (or how many issues I had left). Hooray for responsibility! :)

I agree - I've wondered if one day we will see RxH collecting as being very clearly divided between pre-Mook and post-Mook eras. Like a catalogue raisonne of an artist's work, the existence of the info itself brings in new people and drives the market to new places.

I am hugely excited to see the Mook - I wonder if it will also have any data (name, release date/location, maybe even some edition sizes?) on the pieces -- every so often, I see a reference to a RxH piece by a name I've never seen before. Even photos with names alone will be a huge help, eliminating the need to use descriptors like 'the purplish Chaos with the pink and blue.' If it weren't for the Mook to come, I was considering tackling the job of at least tying names to all the photos I could find -- So I'm also quite glad that S7 and the upcoming Mook have saved me from taking on that task!

I have a feeling we might be getting and SDCC surprise on this thing. It seems very hush-hush around these parts about it.

Yeah, I just dropped the $45 for the mook(s) -- guess my old subscription ended with the last issue. Hopefully that'll get me in on the first mook!

Got a question. The paper I received said I had 3 issues left in my subscription -- This transferred to 1 mook. If would have had 4 issues left, I would get 2 mooks. Is there any way that I could pay 1/2 of the subscription fee to fill up the remaining 1 subscription 'point' I needed to get the other mook?

bansheebot, we were rounding subscriptions, so if you had three left, you should have received 2 mook credits. shoot and email to Josh to check in to it. This thing (the mook) is out of control big. Yes, ALL rxh release dates, all proper names, all locations -no edition sizes though on request of the manufacturer, but it is broken up in a way that you can tell better what figures may be harder to find than others. It is all there except the secrets I am keeping for my evil plot.

Oops -- My mistake, sorry! After rereading my post and checking my paper, I realized I made a mistake and that I only had two issues left. I guess what I meant to ask is, could I pay for another magazine and then have three left = two mooks. Definitely sounds like wishful thinking, but one can hope. I don't know if this has been covered before, but I'm sure it has.

If I were to buy another subscription, that would mean I get three mooks coming (one now, and two with the subscription), huh.

I WANT THE MOOK!

You gotta give credit to Brian for 'rounding up' the scrips already.

People who had 1 issue now get 1 mook, and 3 issues = 2 mooks, so I'd say he has given enough ...
