These are looking sweet...I guess the bright/pink color schemes do match his art better as well.

I agree. If they can get the pearlescent paint on the regular versions to match these protos, that would be amazing.

Hey Rhino, thanks for posting these. Thomas is a super nice guy, and his characters are very cool. Not checking KR I miss out on this stuff. Now are these being realeased via Munky King? They don't look like the Wheaty Wheat protos I saw at SDCC 05.

You know, those scams.
But, that aside, the figs look great!

yeah, I flew to Africa once to help out some guy and make a packet in the process - ened up coming back missing a vital organ. Talk about a crappy vacation.

The plain prototypes at SDCC looked great. A flocked-accent version may be nice. Not sure that I like the pastels.

$60 for the regular and $75 for the sdcc glow ones. They did a raffle but apparently nobody showed so they just sold them. I'm pretty impressed with the glow ones.

thanks Meary. I bought a set on eBay for $129 which I thought was a good deal and now the Seller is trying to back out saying he made a mistake on the price and it should have been $229. I'm ready to go to the mat on this one....
hahahaha. Power Sellers with 2,125 transactions under their belt don't make mistakes when pricing their wares on eBay. Laughable. I think he saw that they were being sold for more and before he could end the auction early, I bought it.

Just to clarify it was $75 for each, so that set is less than retail. Good luck with the fight!

yeah, i'm gonna contact the seller and see if we can work it out. I don't want them to lose money necessarily, but I don't want to let them off the hook either. Sellers don't let us off the hook when we over bid, right?
NO, they don't!!

I got a set of the glows but not sure yet if I'll be keeping them. Take off the masks if you get a set, the images under them are cool. (but there are stupid holes to attach the mask so you can't display them without it)
