hydrate and rest---if it keeps up, see the doc
and, just to be on the safe side, send that smelly new vinyl this way...

Hmmm are you out in the heat a lot ??
I'm out in that shit everyday and heat exhaustion is a serious issue. Dizziness is one of the first signs before heat stroke. So if you only get them when in the heat it could be that. Also it could be your sinuses.
But yeah man hit the doc as thats the only person you should be seriously listening to.

It happened to me a few times last week. Went away petty fast but I think it was because of the heat. See a doc if it doesn't go away soon.

I've been having it on and off. I'm hoping it has something to do with my allergies, clenching my teeth a lot lately and my sinuses...
Sort of crazy that this many people are having the same problem…
But visiting the doctor is a good idea if it keep happening.

Might wanna check your blood pressure aswell. High blood pressure or Hypertension can cause dizzy spells.
Dizzy spells is a hard symptom to pin down cause there can be sooo many different causes. It can be caused by tension or anxiety, inner ear infections, dehydration, low blood sugar (not having anything to do with diabetes). If it is low blood sugar you should have a salty drink such as a gatoraide, the dizzyness should go away almost immediatly. There is also more serious issues that can cause it but we wont go into those till you pin the easy stuff down.

Possibly Labrynthitis (SP?). Or a slight case of Vertigo.
A friend of mine had it for a few months and had difficulty walking around his house without getting real nauseous. He didn't drive for 6 months and could barely go out in public.
Not trying to freak you out but might be something to look into.

Ol' Doc Funniman says: "Loosen up your necktie and consider cutting down on the masturbatory asphyxiation..."
Are you feeling better yet?
The only dizziness I've ever had was related to over-indulgence and dehydration, but if it has been going on steadily for several days you should be in a doctor's office to make sure everything is cool.

See a physician, unless you already are and they're feeding you a ton of pills that might cause dizzyness. I get them too but its likely from the latter.

This maybe due to a rich Ramen diet. I for one since collecting vinyl have suffered this phenomenon and have since adapted to it. It'll go away in matter of months.
kidding ofcourse...see a doc man..best advice..don't muck around when your body is trying to tell ya something.
