I really wish I had a transcript of our distraught conversation when we were numbers 40 and 41 in line to buy one. Trying to make ourselves feel better and whatnot.
Something like:
"I'm glad I'm not further up in line!"
and
"You gotta be crazy to pay 500 bucks for a toy."
And then of course when these two pirates miraculously slipped to us we snatched them up quicker than shit! 
With high fives all around.
