 cigar smokers
can anyone give me recommendations on nice cigars
ideal for me are smooth and not bitter tasting
i had this giant macanudo last week that had an extra dark wrapper. my experience with maduro wrappers in the past has been pretty much an overpowering cigar. this one was fantastic though!

Macanudo sets the standards but I do prefer the Arturo Fuente Maduro as well as Gloria de Cubana which is an extreme overpowering one if anyone ever really wants to feel a real cigar high and this would even from the corona size.I d also go with a mid size cigar, the larger ones are really too much for me unless you plan on drinking and staying put for a good while.
Maduros as they say are best after the sunsets.
As for the lighter kind, almost anything from Punch or Romeo and Julieta with a mdeium brown wrapper are nice. Thats what I smoke. Right now its the season of the Punch Rare Corojo which is great cigar. Also Por Larranaga is always worth it. Hope that helps, so you can get an idea of my taste and make your own calls.
Hope this helps
Enjoy!
Rodney

I am going to guess at your concern, but most cigar smokers smoke outside, at cigar shops, or in a smokers rooms. And that is why the average "serious" cigar smoker smokes about 4-8 cigars a month.
I know we all know 'that' older character in our lives that reeks of it...no one wants to be him

Excellent taste in cigars Redhanded, especially La Gloria Cubana!
If smooth is what you're after, try Avo. Creamy hazelnut and coffee notes.

Thank you.
Just reminded me of the ACID line, which are the higher end flavored kind, these guys are sorta odd but they really have a strong unique flavor. It was actually started by some old biker from what I understand so there is nothing like those gross cheap "vanila creme" crap you see around.
