It's Kiyoka from Gargamel's little brother. He has done some other stuff before that was pretty funny. Next Wonderfest he will release part 2 of this series. It's from an old candy toy release by Lotte in the '80s.

I like these. The art reminds me a lot of Makaimura (Ghosts 'n Goblins). Isn't there another, non-GID set?
