The Dorktones Podcast out of the Netherlands. A M A Z I N G Officially, they stopped doing it about a year ago, but they still do about a show a month now. It doesn't matter. The music is eternal, and the entire series is archived so that when you subscribe to it via iTunes, you have the option of downloading any past show. They play an amazing mix of popular music covering pretty much everything from the 60s through the 80s, all ripped from original vinyl. They are "enhanced" podcasts so that you get record cover images and artist data for each song. There are some DJ in-jokes that go on a bit much sometimes, but trust me, this thing is a total gem.
If you like or have a passing interest in contemporary Latin music, Ritmo Latino is outstanding.
I also like Mark Kermode's BBC movie reviews. Hilarious and smart.
Also the NPR "Left Right and Center" show for entertaining political debate.
The Dorktones Podcast. Best. Podcast. Ever.

Gamespot's Hotspot is really amazing, Jeff Gershman and crew have great personality...
But only if you like video games. So yeah, if you are into video games check it out.

I do enjoy This American Life most times, not the david sedaris segments though & ira glass voice can be annoying at times.
The Kasper Hauser podcast is awesome, check out this TAL parodoy.

The only one I pay attention to is GameTrailer.com's Xbox 360 Spotlight. It's like the lazy and easy way of watching new game videos without having to find them on a web site.

TAL and Kevin Smith's Smodcast are part of my weekly rotation.
I also like Creative Screenwriters podcast. Interviews and Q&As with screenwriters:

and
WNYC's Radio Lab. Format is similar to This American Life but themed toward science. Check out "Who am I?" episode.

Stones Throw is great! The new Thank you J Dilla 3 is simply mind blowing.
Anyone know how to get older Fresh Air(NPR) podcasts? I wanna hear some of the interviews from The Wire cast members.

I like the garagepunk podcasts though they can be a bit overwhelming since there are a ton of ongoing series within the podcast.
