If you're in the USA (or for that matter San Francisco) why would you buy Eyezon from someone other than Maxtoy? Both versions are still available there.

Also, I just saw that the Boy Karma toy is "shipping soon," but I never received any sale e-mail about this one. Pretty disappointing. Did any other Club members here know about this?

If this was directed at me and my question, I just wanted to know what roto was.
Actually, Eyezon isn't even on my radar-----yet.

Nope. But on that note, I can't wait to hear about the upcoming collabs...

Where was the Boy Karma info posted? I've been checking Max Toy frequently for updates 'cause this is definitely one I'd like to pick up.

I am a member. I haven't received any notices offering even a chance to pre-order. :?: Were these offered to other Max Toy club members?

If they were, there are three members here who were not on that e-mail list.

As we've learned in the past, however, the quickest way to find out is an e-mail to Mark...

GiLLy, did you ever pick up any of the Xam finger puppets? I have a nice little set of them, and Mark always does a great job painting them.

I dropped by yesterday very briefly to visit Mark. Despite what his site says, I do not think he has openly solicited sale of the Boy Karma toy yet. I assumed the note "shipping soon" meant shipping from the factory, but I really don't know. I think he is massively busy coordinating the Roto show which is a little more than a week away. I think there may be some good announcements coming to club members soon though.

He told me that the regular Eyezon is more popular in Japan, whereas the glow version is more popular here. Either way (I picked up both), they are incredible toys and I am glad to have them. These could begin an impressive Eyezon army!
