I figure out a 'rythm/pattern' and do each one in the exact same series of movements and that keeps it real consistent for the most part.
If its Jeremy doing a base color as he does sometimes I have him watch me do a few, then i watch him as he gets the rythm going. once your in the groove it goes fast. if you stop a lot or are random then it can all go horribly wrong.
preparation is good as well.. all the toys, paint etc lined up so you do not have to stop. it helps to have 2 people so you can just hand the toys back and forth and keep 'clean' toys out of the spray area.
