It comes already painted (by Yuji from M-1).

GID Smogun...there are so many up on yja right now starting at 2,500yen, but will Super7 be getting this? After internal shipping, celga fees and international shipping, it'll be the same as buying it from S7 so I'd rather wait it out and see.

From what I understand it is GID and does need to be assembled.
