No, you have to collect cards, of all and the chase figures to get it. I'm still trying to find out something more specific on how to do it. Once I find out I will post here, or if someone beats me to it they can post the news.
Mine was preordered about a month ago. Actually 07/05/07

Looks like the chase figures are the black/white bee, and the green/black brain.
Those will be the ones to look out for

So here is the update.
Basically it is not SB making these. It is a company in Japan that makes all those small candy toys for 7-11 and mini marts.Thay are the ones making the giant Bee. They are also not made in japan but in china. Still made out of Soft vinyl.
I will try and see if i can get in touch with that other company and see what I can do. Chika,SB manager will also ask for me. Start crossing your fingers.

Hiro Don't get me wrong I still want one but this is kind of disappointing. I was hoping this was a SB release.
I was looking forward to feeling the weight of a giant bee made from quality SB materials.

i got the basic 8 set all with cards - and i got the chase BALZAC bee.....but the chase bee had no card - wtf? - really really sux
