yes! thank you so much for posting this! I've been waiting for this to pop since you tube started. I saw this posted by the kid it originally happened to with an explanation. but it was taken down from their site. This lady was apparently totally crazy and the cops came and arrested soon after. She apparently did this to everybody.
her gibberish is the best, my all time favorites are:
"whats your name and number norma K"
and the list for going to jail:
"1 trespassing 2 illegal photographs 3 you're not allowed, 4 you've been yelled at"

This cop did get sued by one of the kids, and the kid won a huge lawsuit. I think more are in the works.

I have run across my fair share of shitty police offers in 10 years of skateboarding but good lord was any of that necessary? Nice to see the kids handled it pretty well. I hope he gets the piss sued out of him.
