Just a heads up about a change in our pre-order method.

Due to the increased volume of pre-orders we are receiving, it has become necessary for us to ask for payment at the time of the pre-order. This enables us to better track your pre-orders, as well as guarantee items to the people who want them.

So going forward, we will need people to pre-pay for pre-ordered items. When you would like to pre-order something, please EMAIL ME FIRST, to be sure the pre-order is available before sending a payment.

starting now? What about the items we may already have on pre-order? Should we expect an invoice soon or is payment up front required from here on out?

+1. I just actually e-mailed Josh about this. I got on a couple of pre-orders with only an approximation of prices and was hoping that they will just send me an invoice. I hope this doesn't get complicated.

sorry for the confusion.

Yes, this is for pre-orders starting now and going forward. Any previous pre-orders you have will be handled the same as they have been - i.e. you will be invoiced when the items arrive.

from this point on, we will need to ask for pre-payment on pre-orders. When you request a pre-order, i will send you an invoice.
