What the hell did the Lava Damn header look like?
I've spent days trying to find one and got nothing to show for it. Anyone?

There might be stuff in the interior of the header too, if its one of the signed headers. Possibly a number and a two headed frog skeleton imprint...or not whatever (haven't seen them all).
