Kinda makes me wanna get the Belchor now.....urgh...so weak....can't though, not if I want that huge Evil. Luckily my wife loves the idea of these bigger dudes (to compensate?  ) so it makes it pretty easy for me to talk her into letting me get them.

Nope, just designed them. I guess with Evil all he is is a middle man/color chooser since the design exists from the current normal Evil we have. But this guy uses car paint to do these up, I think Frank said that it would take him WAY too long to do these himself but I can't speak for anyone. Just going off my memory, which is shady at best.
