Wow. That Deathbot looks really cool. I love that kind of '50's vibe it's got, and the wooden toy concept is great, in my opinion. Hopefully these won't be ridiculously limited (though if they're soliciting in the Diamond catalog, I doubt it).

I have the Chris Ware fig (posted by pickleloaf) and the Glen Barr fig, both rock! There is something about the simplicity of the figures, sort of 'honesty'.
Anyway, Deathbot will stand next to the other wooden fellas.

Did Previews list a release date? Ningyoushi still doesn't have one listed.

I'd love to get 3-4 of that figure. I love Gama-Go and TB stuff *and* they'd go with the shirts I wear to work, yeh. Besides, Captain Blackfoot (Friends with You) needs some underlings.
BTW - Pickleloaf that Ware is niceness all over. I thought that it had been gone for awhile; do you know of any still out there?

just placed a wholesale pre-order from ningyoushi for deathbot. juicy news is that there's a limited edition "special" version - says pictures of the special edition will be revealed at a later time. shipping looks like 6-8 weeks, so put this on your xmas list...
