 Kaws x Smurfs x Pharrell 
Apparently Pharrell Williams commissioned Kaws to do Smurfs stuff.. SmurfxKaws toys can make me overlook the Pharrell association

i hate smurfs since i had to wear a smurf costume and sing smurf songs at a school performance in first grade . 
besides love those paintings, so cool!!!

i know a lot of people see kaws as "played" or a one trick pony (and i honestly teeter on the edge at times too) but i really dig these paintings.

those look great! i think at times his stuff gets a little worn out, but with the smurfs it really fits!
i'd love to see a kaws smurf army

I was just thinking the same thing. Gargamel does look a little heavy and that canvas is all wonky. Dope combo though. One of the first mash ups I like from Kaws.

do you know that the real name of "smurf" is "Schtroumpfs " , stange isn't it ?
(I said real because it's a belgian comics so I assume that "smurf" is only commercial adaptation ^^)
anyway I hate these painting , "Schtroumpfs" are so related to my childhood , I don't know why but thinks the mickeys work better !
