 fanclub sale
will you send out emails to the FcI when the deadstock and new stock sales happen?
I simply don't have time to go to the FcI message board (besides not even being registered to use it).
thanks

I normally send out an email for everything upcoming, but it's always a good idea to check the FCi BBS as well.. sometimes unannounced special things will go up for sale in the BBS.

Hmmm... I don't know... doesn't seem to have the charm of the original Obake sculpt.

I think with some color on there it's gonna look pretty rad. Maybe a little Balzac print on the patch or something....

So I guess this is just a new 'sheet' right? . . . Do the brains eyes show through the open mouth or is there a new fig to go inside? . . . or is that all there is to the new Obake?

Actually, it's the shape of the patch that I'm not crazy about... meh, I'm just being hyper critical.

Good question! All I got was the photo in my email.
I thought it was an entirely new figure, not just a new sheet, but I don't know.
...those of you who are in NYC the end of October will surely be the first to find out

Is this a Balzac specific sculpt?

No, I think it has nothing to do with Balzac.
Maybe there will be a Balzac version (print) in the future though.

I was trying to put my finger on it, there ya go!
Not that I dislike it, but I prefer the original Obake more. I hope a face can be seen through the mouth though.

I'm not sure what to think of it either. It looks like it might be even more front heavy and prone to diving.
The good news is I am complete in the old Obake sculpt and they probably won't be making any more of them.
