Today I changed the oil in my car by myself for the first time!
But your day sounds more interesting, looked fun!

Today I rode around on my bike for a while because it's been really nice outside lately.

you won't find one older.
Leap-The-Dips is the World's oldest operating wooden roller coaster and North America's last surviving side friction roller coaster. It is located at Lakemont Park in Altoona, Pennsylvania and was built in 1902 by the E. Joy Morris Company. Leap-the-Dips operated until 1985, when it closed due to disrepair. A fundraising campaign led to a restoration starting in 1997 and a reopening on Memorial Day 1999.

I watched a scrawny Japanese guy eat a 48 ounce steak in about 15 minutes.

I drive in Atlanta, I think it just ranked as 2 or 3 deadliest commute, EVERY DAY OF MY LIFE IS A DEATH DEFYING ADVENTURE! And a well tuned car is key.
I'm a toy collector, my "death defying adventures" circulate around how many of something fried I can eat in a certain period of time.

riding my bike would be considered death defying. keep in mind it has no brakes.

Today I had a hamburger with two slices of chedder cheese, deep-fried onions, mayo, salt, pepper, garlic spread, BBQ sauce, and a fried egg on top--with a side of deep-fried potato wedges covered in salt.
my heart almost stopped halfway through--it definitely choked a coupla times, so it was like the 105yr old rollercoaster of burgers in my book.
