Post YJA questions and help..
I have never used YJA and now that I'm getting in to collecting Japanese vinyl I'm sure I will be wanting to buy stuff from there. So I just have a couple questions to ask.

Is there a way to translate it so that I can read/bid in english, or do I need to buy/download a translator program for this.

Can I bid myself(after creating an account) or do I have to go through some sort of bid service, and if so, which one should be used(easiest to deal with).

I'm sure there are other things that I will need to know but are unaware of so if you have any other info/help or whatever please feel free to add it here...

or if there is a thread with this info in it already just point me in the right direction....

Thanks...

Yea u can translate the pages with Google or Babel Fish, though that's not gonna allow u to bid on YJA.

I think Celga would help you a lot.

In order to bid, you need a Japanese email address. The easiest way to bid on things, then, is to use a service like Rinkya or Celga. Celga offers a "Gold" account that allows you to login and bid on your own (using their email address), or you can email those services to bid for you. As for translation, you really just need to have the Japanese characters for the items. Rog had compiled a list of those keywords/characters on collectiondx.

you probably dont want to join yja yourself because most sellers on there will only ship to japan.

bidding services located in japan are the way to go. you just leave your stuff with them until you build up a nice little shipment. then make a photo story of some of your toys opening your celga haul. great fun!
mailorderjapan (aazumatrading.com) and celga.com - i have had success with both.
