the last time a photo of this was posted someone pointed out how many were actually missing from it. there were lots of skull wings and pirates missing. I wish I could see if they updated it.

Oh, no I'm telling you they don't. I looked. My question mark was kind of for why.
They have a lot of figures I would LOVE. The Red, White and Blue Prototype Skull Pirates just to name a quick three. Also they have four glittered flaked Bees (Red, Yellow, Purple and Blue (I believe) I would sell my soul for.
One Up has two for sale at something like $700 each

Every time I go I look at them, then at my credit card, then back at them, then back at my credit card, then.....you get the idea.
I'm sure I have a picture of all four. I'll look for that now.
That wasn't hard:

no worries. they were quick shots. if i had known the thread would be this popular, i would have taken more. maybe worth a trip back down there. if u want me to snap a few of specific figures, i can do that.

How is the store laid out? Is it crowded and small...or small and roomy.

He is PURPLE!!!!! So you don't have to kill yourself looking for this Bee that would cost you over a grand probably. Like I said I've only seen the Red and Yellow ones for sale at $700+ each, but that was also at One Up and they are pretty expensive so?????

I didn't study the entire set up to see if anything else was missing, but that is one figure that stood out. I'm not saying Hiddy doesn't have one he just doesn't have it in his vault, but no I have never asked. I will ask next time I'm there.
If he doesn't have one I'll trade him mine for one of the glitter Bees.

That could be seen as a blessing in disguise. I'm sure your bank account is thankful that you didn't collect sofubi while in Tokyo...btw, you should grab that book that S7 has for sale for the next time you go to Tokyo.
