Nobody can figure that out, some people are signed up and/or order from them and don't get the e-mails sometimes or at all. For some reason I always get three e-mails of each offer.

For a while I was getting emails sent to two addresses, and this past time I only received it at 1 of them.
I can't wait for this chaos...so nice to get that email this morning.

That's the only part I understood.
Maybe I should've been more specific. I mean is it a raffle for people buying the splatter Chaos? Is it being slipped in free w/Splatter Chaos? Pretty much, what's it have to do with KT and how do I get one free (or any other way)?

is this one of those things like the exohead giveaway where you need to send in the coupon? or is it automatic for those who buy it?

I've always gotten two of every pre-order email, then somehow I didn't get this one at all. Maybe they maintain 3 different lists for some reason?

In my experience no, you can have 500 + banked points and be registered and still not be getting emails, some registered folks do get them though.
Best way to fix this if they aren't emailing you (and you are registered) is to write them and ask to be added to the list. If you ask them politely they'll add you.

They did have the exohead one before, and I know at least two Americans who won those

The three trees are also the kanji for mori I believe. I could be mistaken as I have not needed to use that character for any reason in quite some time.

The Chaosman is definitely phoned in from home.
Splatter a blank with paint, let it dry and add a bandana.
Somewhere above a blank, maybe above those jump rope Bigaros.
I don't hate it as much as some of the Secret Base customs that are just plain nasty.
But still...

1- Bandanna was put on BEFORE the paint
2- They had to splatter at an angle, that kind of takes skill
OK, well I guess my arguments are still not valid. I still like it, again I'm not one who really cares about the work that goes into something as long as I like the end result but I see where a lot of these similar opinions come from.

I should be a bit more clear. I kinda like it, don't hate it. I can just think of more imaginative colourways. And sometimes it seems like these endless colourways (from a variety of companies) are stretching a bit.
Blobpus and Secret Base are guilty of this too.

I'd have liked to seen a green bandanna w/black spray on it, it would have made a world of difference. Kind of like a little reverse/negative area.
