No, the hedorah is a mini...like 2-3in. The red mechaG is sort of a "midsize", like 4-5in.

Are you sure those are M1GO figures? I'm not familiar with a MechaGodzilla in that size.

Yes. I'm not sure "why" it's this size, but I wouldn't mind seeing more in this scale.

The Hedorah is the unpainted blue M1 from 2007, 3.75" tall which would make the MG about 5.5". Like Roger says, I too am not familiar with a mid size M1 MechaG but the Yahoo auction says that it is a "hoop" game premium, might be a recent new release.
