I couldn't even begin to imagine the sweetness of the coral colorway on these things if Frank does them. count me in for a mutant head.

i'll do intl just no freakouts if your local lame-assed postal system loses your shit. I quit due to a sting of ' I didnt get my shit' complaints-all overseas.

I found a cool US hook-up that forwards shit on on my behalf . . . I hear a lot of US sellers can't be arsed with the paperwork, queues, hassle or whatever so it's sometimes easier or the only way!
The Pickle Head looks killer!

Damn those are nice, not a RxH collector but seeing the paint process always gets me way excited about a figure and makes me want it, especially when they come out like this. I read the sale of the 3 (well 4) before anyone earlier too. If I had saw this prior I might have gone screw it and shelled out the 85 bucks.

I just got my pickeled Mutant Head (which I was very excited for) and I am not really too impressed with the outcome. I am not usually one to say much about QC or a particular paint job but seeing that these were 90.00 a pop, I feel I have the right to say something. I have bought some of Franks short run customs in the past and have for the most part been satisfied with my items. I also understand that in a limited run like this all paint schemes might vary a bit, but the paint work on this newest run of Mutant Heads looks rushed and shotty. I cannot say this for the entire run as I have only seen the one I have but even one out of 50 should nothave been sold this way.
I will post pics if anone wants to see, but in the mean time I will give a breif description of what I see. The gold on the belt feels like it was never fully dried and it smears a bit. On the back of the head where the gold marks were added they are not completely filled in and one of spots completely runs over other paint areas so there is gold smeared where it shouldn't be. There are also a lot of uneven paint splatters that did not come out right.
For 90.00 I expected quality work... and this is a bit below what I thought I was paying for.
My Bigaro looked great, no complaints... This one looks like there was a race to get them out in a certain time.
Sorry Frank, just my thoughts.
On a plus note, I love the SG Cards! Keep it fresh like that! I love the bonus! Just don't rush the actual paid for product in the future.

interesting. I took great pains to get these right. oh well.
perhaps its just impossible for me to do factory quality.
*sigh*
I thought they came out pretty good.
I am happy to immediately refund you your money etc. if you like.
pm your paypal and send me back the piece.
sorry to dissapoint.

I just got mine today and reading what Wiseguy just wrote made me re check if he was talking about the same figure. Mine I thought came out splendidly. The paint seemed more carefully done and had good coverage. Almost the entire opposite of what Wiseguy has experienced. I got "Evette 4 of hearts". This mutant head is the best Pickle I have received soo far in my opinion and to me worth the entire $$. The belt buckle did seem a bit tacky when I got it out but it seems to be drying out. I have rubbed it lightly and has not smeared. I'll take pics of mine and post it when I get the chance.

some paint on the inner bag and the belt buckle was tacky. some areas seem a little off but otherwise love it. if it needs more drying time its gonna get it right now while i happily stare at it.
cant wait for chaos! my head needs a friend.

Yea, mine has tacky gold paint as well. I also noticed a green airbrush 'smudge' on the Head's back. He's the first Mutant Head I've owned, and I still like him a lot even with the minor complaints.
