I agree with Bigstar13 though, there has been a massive rise in the selling since the Kozic Event. Why all the selling? I understand the odd piece here and there as before, but damn, now it's whole collections or whole sections of collections going.

Just interested.

My guess is that the main reason is people have been over-spending. Some people are also probably re-focusing their collections for various reasons.

Personally i've picked up a few pieces to "try them out"..If it doesnt fit or i don't wind up liking it it goes..The best part about here is the prices are usually market from our peeps and its, from what i see, almost always a fair deal..

I think a b/s/t isn't necessarily evil
but you have the new kids in from other areas looking to make a buck buying up SB early releases and then hitting here and the bay with them
look at the amount of skullwings that hit the bay after TT put there's out.
S7 hasn't even had theres for sale yet
and new (familiar) faces show up here more and more all the time

There is a commerce free zone, it's called the rest of the board. Just don't read that section. I don't see the problem.
Inevitably some people are just going to come around just to make a buck, but I added some amazing pieces from the BST forum due to collectors not wanting a piece anymore or whatever their reasons were. And I'm damn glad I didn't have to deal with an ebay shootout. They posted a price and I met that price and the piece stayed in the hands of a collector.

The BST forum adds alot to RFSO. We give each other first crack at the goods that are rare, unavailable, impossible to find...!!!

B/S/T is RFSO because it gives real fans the ability to purchase items at good prices and helps out other real fans that need to sell.

Post BST Board !
First thing I wanna say is the BST forum is a CHOICE, if it's not to your liking don't go there ! And I too have found quite a few pieces that I would have never gotten my hands on because of this forum. And yes, I would be more than willing to support this site with a ( SMALL ) member fee. I really like this place and I too hope that it can maintain a friendly atmosphere for everyone. In the end it is up to the members to be REAL with each other. So let's feep collecting and try to have FUN doing it. I LOVE SKULLBRAIN - RFSO !!!

As for you Ramos - the day you start taking an Ebay style cut is the day we find a tall tree - RFSO brotha - LOL ! OX
