Post Marmit Biollante
In case anyone is interested, the Marmit site just posted pics of the new Biollante final form and a new colorway of the rose Biollante:

I'm definitely interested in picking up the new final form fig., it is smaller than the ginormous ff Bio released not too long ago.

Yeah, I love the newer Marmit sculpts. I was hoping they would do the rose Bio as a glow. Still a possibility down the road as a show exclusive.

glow on the rose type would be really cool. what i really like about them is just how detailed they are. the only other biollante i have seen or at least remember is he one that charistics did it was alright but really wasn't blowing me away, and the kits which look good but my model building skills i don't feel are up to snuff.

this thing is pretty cool too - http://www.marmit.co.jp/tuhan2/hm-005a.htm

I don't collect the vehicles but have always thought about it. They've got that cheesy, 70's Thunderbirds feel to them.

Marmit has really come up to bat in the last year or so with some great pants and figs, they were front line in the mid 90s all the way to about 2003 or so. I think this is a result of the smaller toy companies take some of the market and going beyond what marmit did. I really liek this new stuff.

I think that Biollante was from the recent SuperFest -- I seem to remember seeing something for those there.

Marmit did have these on display at SuperFest. They also had a pretty cool Godzilla 2000 displayed as well. Thanks again to datadub for posting those pics.

These are the two new Marmit Final and Rose Biollante figures, both about 9" tall and due to come out in January 2008.

My ordering deadline is this week so please contact me through my website if you'd like to pre-order either of these way cool figures! Thanks.
