when i was at sb they had a machine and it was 200 yen and i got a pin..
probably the same thing with some kind of toy/pin etc

Gacha - isn't that the vending machine bubbles? I have heard them referred to as Gacha or Gashapon....... where's Hyper when you need him?
It would make sense - 200Yen is about a $1.75.

There's two I've seen on the Juxtapoz site before.
Speaking of which did any of the Minnesota folks on the board get out to the Juxtapoz shows tonight or last night?
There was some nice stuff by Doze Green and Soto and a bunch by Biskup.

ive seen a few different spellings (and didnt want to confuse things further) but yeah.. plastic bubbles with something inside lol

Yeah, you guys definitely are on the right track about the capsule toys, but it only vaguely mentions that there is "original SB goods" inside, so it could be a variety of schwag items, stickers, pins, perhaps even some of those little capsule toys of theirs?
My (loose) impression of the other text is that they are advising that the machine is located at the store, and it is not possible to obtain the items via mail order, so please visit the machine at the store, etc.

That's a shame if they don't let mail orders get in on gashapon fun...
I know of several stores that allow for ordering of gashapon, but with the caveat that it is random, just send a set price and they'll send one capsule...
Neat idea tho... what kind of capsule toys has SB done? Small Skull Brains?
