wow these are so cool and a great price! I like how they are so articulate but really tiny. I snagged a clear green guy.

The Crayboths are not being mass produced yet, you need to custom order them and they will produce them for you in-house. I recommend contacting Onell Design via email to get a quote.

These guys were super cool and nice. Their booth was right across from us. I got the green clear one and love it. We bonded on the whole home casting thing. Having cool people near you at the con was great. Gargamel was only a lane away.

Matt Doughty has been posting some really cool custom creations on the Onell Design blog. Powered exoskeletons, insectoid creatures, and things of that nature:

The Crayboths I posted are all solid urethane plastic, cast in Onell Design's workshop. Soon they are going to be mass-produced, though, and like the Pheyden and Exellis figures, they will be solid PVC. Think of original Star Wars figures or Battle Beasts and you're on the right track in terms of what the feel is like.

HA!! I just found this thread (being the newb that I am...), and I found my photo posted here! Thanks for the spreading the word about these guys, Rog!
Anyway, just by reading the posts in this thread, I get the solid impression that folks are digging the translucent Pheyden. Well, I'm not gonna give anything away (plus, in this world, who really knows what's set in stone!), but there might just be some more translucents coming in Wave 2.
And if you think that green Pheyden's hot, oh my head...these new ones will blow you MIND!!
Also, I know Matt has been looking into mass producing glowie figs (my heart is a-flutter!), but I'm not sure if they'll make it into Wave 2. But all I can say is different color glow!!
Stay tuned if ya dig these things.
Oh, and I think it is in the fine print somewhere: if you buy these figures, you need to keep at least one in your pocket at all times!

Rog & Sanjeev,
Keep us posted on when the Crayboths will be available - the design is great, and the glow & translucent green are calling my name.

Those are nice! Did this fella have a Comicon table about three years ago with hand made protos Roger? I seem to recall seeing them a while ago.

uub wrote: Just ordered a pair, but I didn't see the "Mountain Dew" version which looks so yummy... The Mountain Dew one was cast in Onell's studio before they started mass-producing these. It's urethane, which is pretty solid but not as durable or as clear as these PVC versions will be.
