Is this Ethanhass thing even related to that movie trailer? I haven't been following this stuff so I'm not sure how they were even linked.

Then I did some puzzle.

I read somewhere about a new trailer being played at the start of Beyowulf when it starts on Nov 16. The trailer supposedly has several characters being evacuated to a makeshift army medical centre. A female character has been bitten by something.

Hey man, the suspense is kill'n me at this point. The one thing that would truly spoil this movie for me is if it turned out to have anything to do with the American shit version of Godzilla ! I mean that was such a pathetic attempt at redoing the most CLASSIC of all monsters. Please say it ain't so

On a forum someone suggested that when the big creature gets shot by mortars, scales fall off and little Raptor like creatures appear and attack.

Winu: couldn't work that 2nd puzzle either? Click on the stars in the background. I think the puzzle is a preverbal red herring. Its completely unrelated to Cloverfield though. I tried doing a web search on the e-mail message 'I'm one of you... help me!', few links came up but I gave up.

OK so the viral thing is getting sort of obscure here. Allegedly, this site:

has something to do with Cloverfield's premise. Speculation is that undersea drilling by this company unleashes the monster.
You have to choose English from the drop down menu on the landing page. Nothing else will work.
