I sent Carl a package and included some plastic spiders and snakes left over from our Halloween party in the packaging and I found out that when he opened it he was actually frightened by them.

It was teh plastic spider at teh bottom. It's a weird one because coming form England u don't come across posisonous spiders, but last summer I kepts coming across black widows, especially in and around cardboard boxes - so when I ship I am careful not to ship one of these guys too. WHen that thing jiggled around in teh bototm of the box it did give me a shock - it;s true. But luckilly I am man enough to admit it.

Anyway, it was a good joke Skylar - made me laugh!

My son, who is at college, has a pet tarantula. It molts every once in a while as it out grows its skin. The empty skin looks just about like a real spider.

I found one of the molts in a drawer in my son's bedroom (the spider used to live here), and positioned it up on top of a tall bureau there, with a couple of the legs sort of hanging over.

My wife was mucking about in there the other day ("dusting") and I heard a scream. I knew I had put the spider skin in just the right place.

She always hated that spider.

Start putting those in packages you send out and expect more threads like this one, or worse, whole collections up for grabs from people who suffered apparent heart attacks while opening their toys! mmmm sounds like a Law and Order episode possibility.

Soft! In my area of Sydney we have some charming Spiders. I would rather see a Black Widow than some of the ones we get.

We've got the Sydney Funnel-Web Spider.

Arguably the most dangerous or 2nd most dangerous spider in the world. I see one or two a year during the Spider mating season because they roam without fear.

Have to check in your bed at night that it hasn't crept under the covers, oh and never leave your shoes outside over night!

LOL!!! Yeah I got a big dose of London/Cockney slang and rhymes at my Sis's Wedding this Summer...we drank till they shut the Bar down and tossed us out.
