Eh....old, white, and crotchety shows up every now and then to insult us or peddle his wares. He's part of this place's charm....

I think this was intended to make us believe it was intended for a pm (if that makes sense)
The PM button and the new thread button are just waay too far apart.
I too thought this was a dead issue. ug.

Unfortunately, it's alive. There remain countless twelve year old bullies hiding under comic books in their mother's basements who have not yet learned the value of properly pronouncing "y'all" or "rant." It's an issue.
Issues, issues, issues...
I did enjoy the pancake and Sesame Street photos though. Bunnies are nice, but Bert is evil.

by the way...i liked your hardcore show analogy - i was living in escondido at the time and started going to hardcore shows in 1980 - it WAS a fight to survive.
unfortunately this is the internet - most of the dicks are hidden at their mom's house in the basement buried under comic books JUST IN CASE their Kaiju's turn into REAL MONSTERS. BOOH!
Kozik also had some great posts...He does post good stuff and some of you are HATERS and we think it's so obvious it's funny -- we have a good time talking and laughing about it too. so that's alright.
"show your collection" or the "gargamel" forum...??? who cares which? grow the fuck up people. and if you ARE grown up - stay a little busier with your lives for goodness sakes!
welcome to toy collecting ikk. there's really only a few pricks (kick 'em)...you won't see 'em in person anywhere - no worries for them! but there's way more tolerant, fun, non-judgemental people having a good time with you.
fuck the 12 year old bullies!
Who is ikk (oh, ikkashinju). Such a strange post. Seemingly starts out as a private PM (to ikkashinju) and then mutates into something else. I take it that this is commenting on that locked Gargamel thread.

It reads more like an open letter to the SB community (couched as a misdelivered PM) from someone with dementia, a persecution complex, and the compulsive need to troll but who knows ...

Re: ikkashinju! kozik! gargamel & super 7 rules!
I'm Ikkashinju. My name is Richard Ramos. I am 33 years old and I come from 2 immigrant Mexican parents who have lived in the states since they were both 14 years old. I have been involved in hardcore/punk music scene for about 23 years either in forms of going to shows, doing a record label(records people...not cd's!),being in 4 bands and touring 4 times, putting on shows, etc.
I have been collecting kaiju for a bit under a year. I am only a person who fell in love in toy collecting(Japanese toys that is)and I joined this forum/group to learn and meet new people with the same interests.
As far as I remember the whole Gargamel was a dead issue with all parties saying their peace and apologies. As for as what old, white and handsome wrote that's his deal..not mine.
If anyone wants to come up and talk to me I should be at Super 7 Saturday the 8th of Dec for the Lily Japan/RxH event. I'm 6'2" and about 230 lbs. I'm a big Mexican with Black Flag and Germs tattoos,I wear glasses, and I'll most likely wear my 2 year old Red Sox hat(it shows it's age). Come up and introduce yourselves as I would love to meet any of you folks. Don't forget to mention your skullbrain name as well.
Also I absolutely LOVE Japan hardcore/punk music and thus I have a huge collection. Hit me up as I plan to make some mix tapes(no 2 will be alike)of some raging Japanese hardcore punk and thrash from the late 70's to current. I will give these away for free and they will have info and shit. Some bands on these tapes will be: GAUZE,LIP CREAM,CONFUSE,GAI,DEATH SIDE,MINK OIL,FEROCIOUS X,THE STALIN,LAUKAUS,DISCLOSE,CORRUPTED,ETC,ETC.

By the way,I grew up in the San Fernando Valley and Hollywood and now reside in Escondido which is approximately 25-27 miles north of San Diego. I live with my girl of 3 years Joy and I have 3 cats(Frankenstein,Zeus, and Bagheera).
Also ikkashinju means murder or suicide of family in Japanese it is also the name of a killer Japanese hardcore band from the mid '80s who released classics like the "Dead Section" 1-sided 7" flexi and the "Slow Down" 7" both on Premium Records-Japan!!! (if I am wrong about the translation then a hell of allot of Japanese people I've asked are wrong too!).

ikkashinju I know you've already been here awhile as a respected Skullbrainer but it's cool to learn more about ya, and I trust you'll meet or at least see a lot of us at the Dec. 8th event. We may act up here sometimes but every Skullbrainer I've ever met in person was very cool offline. Good bunch.

Actually since I moved to San Diego I have only been to the beach about 7 times in 3 years. And don't worry I know your are joking.
I wrote that shit because I know allot of people have a code name on here but very little people hide who they are. When I see Frank Kozik do a post I know it's Frank Kozik. When I see HMS do a post to me it's just HMS,nothing more. Also when liquidsky asked who is ikk I figured "why the hell not let him know who I am?". I got nothing to shy away from. I usually an open guy who does not hide his emotions(thankfully,I am not emo nor do I listen to emo music!).

But sadly I have no tape players. Thanks for the generous offer.
I'll have to investigate some of these bands online somewhere.
