If you bought the Flesh Set #1 from S7, you were automatically entered in a drawing for this free Chaos. 60% of the Flesh sets were winners, the drawing was held at the store 10.27.
Likewise, Flesh Set #2 has the same odds of also winning the newest Jinja-R as a freebie.
