Let me put it this way. This is a site for collectors. We've all shared information at one point or another. Now a bunch of people have walled themselves off from the group, they still use this board as a resource but then maintain and guard info they find. That's crap.
And honestly I think the S7FC super secret message board was a bad idea. The FC figures I was fine with, it’s a good marketing tool but the rest…

I like pics of stuff I can't get. If I can't have it, at least I can appreciate it. I also didn't feel like anyone was bragging. I'm not in any secret clubs, but I'm not gonna complain either.
BACK ON TRACK - PK = BAD ASS!!! Good stuff.

Count me in.
More official PK collabs/releases would be truly awesome. I'm happy to help in any way. Also looking forward to watching scott eat pork ribs and drink beer.

a bit off topic (sorry loco & PK),,,but when exactly did the spirit of this board die??
i hear this said over&over again (like a catchphrase),,,but have not really noticed it myself..and you only joined a month before me...any enlightenment would be appreciated...
of course there has been change,,things like isaac leaving,,,lots of new people jumping on board,,,growing pains,,,etc etc......
but "dead",,,seems a little far-fetched...if people think that is true..it is quite sad,,to be giving up on the board when it is only 25months old...especially when it is such a great (yet addictive) place...
as with all my interests & hobbys,,,i am in it for the long haul....

I MUST say, I'm really sorry I didn't make enough of these to offer to everyone! If I could I would, and in the future I might. These were rough for one person to cut paint and package while working a 10 hour a day job PLUS do customs for people. But i should say I've perfected my manufacturing methods, so there's a really good possibility of more stuff in the future. I'm planning an expansion and more numbers. inSo please don't be Haters yet! any of my comments Maybe i can get the LASK crew to drive down to LB for a weekend to help me out? heh heh. PK, like most others I think these are just fantastic! What is irking me is that a post like this is made with a bourgoise attitude. As they are discussed by those that received them, there is no inclination or devulding what the deal with them is other than stating to check the Exohead blog. Even though I received a pm explaining how these were obtained, others didn't and I waited to see if it would eventually be posted with more info. Much like the desire to get on the Anraku list, members would love the opportunity to get their hands on these beauties but were confronted with secrecy. I know it wasn't your post but if Loco or you explained/shared what type of release this was as you later did, up front, it would alleviate any frustration and not come across so pretentious. Once again, FANTASTIC job and congratulations. I've not had to explain where I've gotten any of my other toys before and those who PM'd me were informed that it was offered on a private board with the rest to be released here, unfortunately none made it here and some members of CIBOTL weren't able to secure these either. Now if anybody wants to tell me where to score some Bemons. . .
Of course you don't need to inform anyone where you get your figures, no one has to. However if you are going to openly post and discuss/brag about some figures on this board that where privately offered on some other, didn't you think people where going to inquire about them? Of course you did, and you choose to be elusive as members openly did inquire, therein lies the rub, rubbing them in peoples noses. You as the poster of this thread dictated the rude tone of it, no one else. You could have just said these were privately offered by the CIBOTL bbc or whatever club it is, from the beginning, and avoided all this drama and simply made it about the figures, would that have been such a big deal? I guess, some feel they need to be above others even on a fucking toy board.
I'm done.

i get pissed i miss exclusive secret base stuff ALL THE TIME. japan only releases, puhead lists i never seem to make, handpaint/store colabs or exclusives...it sucks ass but to take it out on ALL people who belong to another message board sucks. i'm sure everyone here owns something someone else is envious of and while i can't say i've never fallen pray to the jealousy monster, i can say looking back at the situation later i am happy when a super rad toy is in the hands of someone who loves it even if it isn't ME.

That wasn't my point at all. I really don't care about missing it and am always glad when folks score something so great. I was simply commenting on the elusiveness and secretive nature of the post.

Can we please just use this thread to talk about how amazing Paul's toy is? This toy was not a CIBOTL release. It was offered there by Paul first with the intention of making the leftovers available publicly. There weren't any. So, if you want to voice your opinions about private boards please start a new thread.
Now, back to the PK adoration.

Theses are indeed beutiful and top notch work Paul. The detail is amazing. For a small and fine figure it's amazing how much you put in there. Really Really nice.
Congratulations.

Everyone here knows that exohead is my main collection and no one bothered to let me know about this release. You talk back once to someone being an asshole and all of a sudden you are barred from all the goodies.
It's how society works
Great figures though, I'll probably find a trade for them one day...

Seriously?
"Now"? Since I've collected anything there have been exclusive groups, and as for the private board its gone through two separate incarnations, and been around for a while now.
Besides that, I wouldn't give info to the a lot of people on this board, be it because I don't know them, how they have acted, etc...
Back to the point, these are amazing and exohead is probably one of my favorite lines that I'm sorry I passed on so many early on.

Congratulations on the release Paul. These figures are a testament to the countless hours you've dedicated to your craft. I look forward to seeing what the future holds.

Congrats Paul. Your release made a big splash! From the photos I have seen, they look like incredibly detailed pieces unlike other customs. Raising the bar.

Yeah, limited official production run. I'm just saying that from what I can see in the photos and what I know about the original sculpt, it looks like more meticulous work than some of the one-off customs I've seen floating around.
