I agree with audiodifficulties, the store was weak. Most of the toys in the displays are Kubricks from three or four years ago, there's not much for sale, and the staff didn't even make eye contact.
The experience also really stood out because I just came from Gargamel's store earlier, which had a totally different vibe. Very friendly staff, and tons of low- and high-end items on display to buy.
This might be comparing apples and oranges, though.

Gargamel didnt have much for sale when I was there..
However I agree.. they were crazy nice (not much english)
but very fun and good spirited
most of the stuff at 1/6 was old, not for sale, and the kubricks/be@rbricks most of which you could pick up in the states for less..
They had an exclusive 1/6 (fugly) twim bomber if you're into that

I was excited to go to the store, but once I was there all I got was 1 smurf I didn't have. I really wanted 12" stands, but those were sold out.

occasionly they have some items that are supposed to be mail order only but usually its just the mainstream stuff at the full retail price. Worth a stop though if youre in Shibuya..
I've been sticking toy stores into flagr but unfortunately the google map for jpan is in Japanese...
cool site though
