 Kaiju-Taro email responses
Is KT good w/ responding to emails. I emailed a few days back about combining orders and have not heard back. I was wondering if the language barrier was impeding this.
I tried a second email using Babel fish and the translation was probably so butchered that Taro has no idea what I am asking.

I use short sentences when I e-mail him.
I believe I have been able to combine orders before; he might just take a couple of days to get back to you. If not, I just send him a friendly e-mail again and copy the original e-mail below.

Yeah, usually pretty prompt. I've had several orders combined before.

They might be swamped atm as there's something going on with like a 10- 24 hour window to pay (depending on if they use Japan time or US) lots of emails need(ed) to go out fast to customers who responded.
If they're using Japanese time its going to be rough since the 29th is less than 10 hours away but maybe the cut off is the next day no idea really.
Anyway its probably hectic email wise.

never had a problem with responses and I too keep the letters short and to the point. What I also try to do is reference what I'm asking about combining - send the links when possible!
