I was wondering what the hell this guy was when I saw a picture of the sculpt in someones flickr, is he like mid transformation into this Kaiju Ken guy or something?

Two different characters. Kaijuken is the name of the company. Alien Inbus appeared in an episode the 1970s show Silver Kamen. I have no idea what the story on the new figure is.
Anyone ordering the new Kaijuken King Joe? Looks really good.

There will probably be some floating around, maybe even on K-T. It's all about timing vs. budget sometimes.

I'm reviving this topic because I just ordered the new version of Kaiju Ken's Yamashiro (secret version) from Kaiju-Taro. So what is the story behind this character? I have to say, I honestly ordered him because I really want a Marmit Transforming Man (GID) but I'm unable to track one of those down. He kind of reminds me of that character only more like a burn victim. Anyone have any info? Bueller Bueller??

Chris I ordered him as well. I love this sculpt and character so much that I have multiples of the first two versions to create a zombie like army. He is a Silver Kamen villain but I've not found much more on him. However, I did find a bad photo of him fighting Silver Kamen, I'll dig it up tonite and post it.

I'm supremely kicking myself for not picking up the x BLObPUS Yamashiro. I got up on the preorder from KT but hesitated on buying. Damnit all to hell.
I like the new one too. Creepy zombie skin slime action.
