Post My shelves.
Here are some toy shelves I cobbled together at the back of a built-in cupboard, This is now the clean area of my studio. I've been collecting the toys for about 3 years now, starting with the Kubricks and moving onto the Real Head about a year and a half ago. The pictures arent great, but I've taken them, so they are getting posted!

Nice and clean. I prefer a more jumbled look, but still killer and whatever works for you. Great stuff too.

I'm naturally the most untidy, messy guy in the world, and the rest of my space is a tip, so this display kind of works as a good balance for me. Also I find that that when you stick all the toys together it detracts something somehow. You can't see the whole sculpt, and the balance of the colorway is lost. The way I've displayed it you also notice when you've bought a weaker toy, hence my recent sales. But yeah, whatever works for the owner is best :D

I am, however, about 1 toy away from it becoming jumbled whether I like it or not! Either that or a display on rotation.

Well most people here have 1 of the 2 views: Display each peice on it's own (less jumbled, let each toy be it's own compostition)

OR let the mass of toys be the one big compostion/display and clutter em all up. It's all different strokes though, I like seeing it all. For me my Non-Chaos figures get all mashed than Chaos gets his own seperate less jumbled set up.

You say you built those shelves?

nice display and construction job on those shelves......but like you said, just a toy or two away from jumbled like the rest of us......you either spread out to other areas, pack some away or go jumbled.....i'm all for jumbled.....it does look nice though....

I like toys displayed side by side, gives them a clean more art like look. They look awesome on those shelfs, lets you admire each figure rather than play wheres waldo and catching a glimpse of ones head in the back.

Nice job with the shelves and great collection. I like the sided by side on white background. I like the way you have a desk in front so you can appreciate your collection daily.

That's pretty much why I don't like that set up 100%. I like my toy collection to look like a toy collection, not some art in a museum. But again, themz aint my toys and we all do what we wanna with em' so it's all fun.

I am just OCD I have to have everything in place, my stuff is cluttered up but I would eventually like to have it side by side.

So you don't like how SB's vault is set up? Or is it alright since they doubled up with a toys behind the front row?

He's got a bit of factory 'battle damage', I'm going to see if RealXHead can do anything about it. Or maybe I'll just open it and live with it.

Sweet display mondo, I love how all of them are far back enough that you can work right in front of them comfortably. If I had that setup I'd get no work done because I'd be constantly looking up at the toys. How do you do it!

Brian - your whole setup looks GREAT! Awesome job - minimalist, to the point and so effective at displaying a great set of toys!

Very nice stuff mondo. I am jealous of a few of your Skull Toys figures.

The set up is very crisp & clean.
