Just some dude doing pretty cool stuff in Japan. Seems the eye is his thing as his last few had it.

The eye definitely gives it away. Was he the one who did that Purple Mutant Head with the ear ring?

I like his customs :)

although the eye is his thing I think it would be better with the original eye. The new one is just to destracting to me.

I'm glad to see more people customizing toys :)

If I'm not mistaken he's using a dry brushing technique. The head was painted with a dark base color then a bone white was carefully dry brushed.
It takes alot of work and finnesse but the results can be stunning.
