You need to heat it with a hair dryer. Even then it's a struggle. Putting it back on is even harder!! At least that was the case on my Rainy Day one.

lol that bag is a SON OF A I FART A LOT to gte off 
I pulled so hard the head poped off... which actually made it easier to get the bag off.
Thank god there soft vinyl and easy to get back together.
Once my head was off i puy my finger inside the head and pulled the head from the bag
It took forever but it will happen just keep pulling !

I got it 1/2 off already but it was just tight. I'll try the hairdryer and see if that helps.
