yes I have been spending every day looking at new work spaces. it sucks. I think I finally found one but wont know for sure until mondy. looking at shit is exhausting, doing those weird 'offer' deal paperwork exhausting. its a nightmare renting in SF. I have looked at over 60 places. they all more or less either sucked, uy couldnt make up his mind or where waaaaaay to expensive. mu rent is going to at least triple...i know that.
