guys,

we are working on getting this resolved. i know its a hassle, and it has been awhile, but if we are going to make a change, we want to be absolutely sure that we make it right, rather than rush and make it a bigger mess.

as ive said before, if anyone is unhappy with the shipping cost, you are always welcome to email me and get it resolved. we do our best to keep an eye on the orders that come through to make sure nobody is getting over or under charged on shipping, but with a very small staff, increased ordering volume during the holidays, and working on everything else that goes into keeping super7 running, we cant catch them all. until a new model is put into place, getting a whack shipping charge resolved is just an email away.

also, the minimum charge by the US Post Office for anything shipped via Priority Mail is $4.60. Add in the cost of supplies, labor, insurance, delivery confirmation, etc, and that is where the $8 rate comes from. more often than not, we end up getting the short end of the stick, and the shipment costs us more than we are charging.

i would love to be able to say we could offer everyone free shipping, but thats just not realistic.

please bear with us while we create a better shipping model, and feel free to email me with any concerns in the meantime. i will be more than happy to help, and adjust any shipping overcharge.

thanks!
josh.

I think that's where people forget why it's $8. I worked in the mail room at my firm for a while (maybe that's why I offer free shipping sometimes   ) so I know the additional fees by heart.

I'd rather pay $8 to make sure my box is insured, tracked and all that good stuff. Also, the S7 crew is super tight about combining the shipping if you just EMAIL THEM AND ASK!

I know for releases you can't wait on and will flash in and out of the store super quick you can't, but I've had money refunded to me from S7 for over shipping when I've mentioned it. They rule!

josh has been nothing but accommodating in sorting out my shipping queries, all in a more than timely (and super friendly) manner - even for trivial questions just to put my mind at ease.

the shipping (international) from S7 is the most reasonable store shipping i've had from the states, and is a lot better than prices from people on ebay.

i'm glad someone mentioned hold boxes - they are a godsend! what other store would do this? maybe it's a common thing - but not to my knowledge.

ok no more gushing or you guys will start to think i'm employed by s7

Please Josh dont take offense to this...im just saying 8 bucks first fig flat rate fine, 2x for second fig...not so much.

I looked at the last package I got from you guys which was 16 bucks shipping and was kinda upset to see 6 dollars on the postage stamp cost when it got here.

You know they pay money for the box that the item ships in, the bubblewrap and for someone to box it up + process the order.
