 the official mook complaint thread
I don't like how my mook is invisible while everyone else seems to see theirs fine? Who else has the invisible variant?

I broke my right little finger today while performing the daily wall punching ritual after learning there would be no Mook this weekend.
My complaint is I'm no longer fit to punch walls.

Whatever happened to that guy - I heard he got into tattooing instead of "homages" to Micronauts and Henshin Cyborg. The Base`Xero Xero Cocoboy is still one of teh finest toys out there IMHO.

Still have not recieved my mook for some reason...?
sent Josh a message about it...
I placed this order a while back and was just wondering if everything was okay... just seems odd that I would get my Gargamel Lucky bag before I got my Mook...
Thanks...!!!

I hope my mook arrives soon... I am totally out of bathroom reading material. I subscribed a few days before they started shipping, I think.

I did too, and checked in on it. I was told due to the madness of all the orders + the show that was hitting mine got skipped. BUT it's on the way now......along with a very special Hiro Akro, this will be a good week!!!
But if you just email the store, they rule, it should be sorted out fast.

Yep, I emailed the store a few days ago but still had no reply... guess they are Super busy...? No worries, I am patient and pretty sure it will make it's way over to me sooner or later. Just anxious I suppose...

I have not received my order yet and just wanted to make sure everything was going okay with my Super7 subscription...? I know a lot of people have been waiting to get them in the mail and I just figured since the order was placed on Dec. the 6th it would have been here by now...?
Thank you so much for your time...!!!

How would a person specify or know how the item was shipped...?
not sure I had a choice in the matter but if I did I would have chosen priority over media...

DAMMIT looks like USPS delivered to the wrong address or something but the mook was signed for and someone decided to keep it. GRRRR this sucks. I freaking HATE USPS.

Im sure if the hundreds of tracking notes arent being looked through for yours yet they are now. someone will email you back in no time.

Super7 = Amazing service!
No mook yet, but I am not worried as they always handle issues (no pun intended) with kid gloves!
Thanks S7 Crew!

they went out media mail (as someone said) it took a really long (comparatively) time for skylar's to come too when compared w/ other items that have been sent priority.
i'd say sit tight & hope no one else signed for it!
