Post Mark Nagata Prince of Collectors!
Hey everybody, I'm sure that many of you know what a cool fella Mark Nagata is, but if not I thought I'd make a post.

SO, I got an Eyezon about 5 months ago, over the summer. I found the clear guts Eyezon, super sweet. A couple months later I found this:

Image

It's a tiny defect, I know, but I love this figure and it sucks if anything is wrong with it.

My buddy Plepree told me that Mark was a cool dude and may have an answer for me on how to fix it. So I got on the Max toy site and I sent him an email. Mark responds that I should just send the figure back and he will replace it no prob! I was blown away.

I recently got it off to him, and he got it back to me in no time flat. He hooked up a bunch of cool flyers and a hand written note. He also ends up reimbursing me for shipping:

(edited because you posted a picture of a MAXTOY check on the web: Pogue)

OH, and a pimping brand new Eyezon guts was in the package:

Mark Nagata is a classy guy! There is no doubt about this. I am using the shipping reimbursement to pick up a sweet XAM shirt off the site so I can rep for this guy even harder! He is a really cool cat, and totally a model for how awesome kids involved in this hobby can be. Can't say enough good things about this company and Mark.

Thanks man,
-ADRIEL

Couldn't have said it better myself! If you haven't seen Toypunks, there is an extras feature on Mark's INSANE Ultraman collection - it is breathtaking!

Indeed, indeed...Mark's a champ!

Click here to see some cool pictures of his insane collection and to hear about some of us, massholes, getting a chance to hang out with him this past summer!

And not to pull this thread away from the guts Eyezone, but when we got to hang out at SDCC07, he hooked me up with this amazing custom Xam!
