OK, it's official . . . the mook blows chunks!

Putting the grey 52 week Pirate in there is just plain unsportsmanlike . . . :(

Joking aside . . . awesome production, killer layouts, stunning photography and nice diversity and pace throughout to keep it interesting!

Fingers are crossed issue #2 includes some Gargamel fight love and a chunky Pushead feature . . . that should have my kaiju world just 'bout covered! :D

Agreed. No reason why Super7: The Book shouldn't be able to revisit some topics already covered in the magazine. A rewritten History of the Fight Figure would be absolutely awesome. IMHO that lineage is one of the most under-appreciated aspects of the new Japanese toy scene, but probably only because people don't know the story and reference points.

A friend of mine was over recently and was admiring my RxH figures. I started explaining that "fight figures" were originally inspired by Big Daddy Roth, which really piqued his curiosity further.

You had me going there for a moment Scary Andy LOL. "Blows chunks? HE'S saying that?" LOL.

I want a Gargamel checklist in the next Mook. Was a bit disappointed that SB and RxH took precedence over my first love

Gargamel
Bounty Hunter

Is this for sale anywhere in Europe? I would like to get a copy, but fear it would end up a bit battered if being ship from the US (we have chavvy postmen!).

Just got my Mook in.
Always love the fast shipping from S7.
Can't wait to go home tonight and do some reading.

Wow, I've got to say I'm impressed overall with the Mook.
I actually spent an hour reading through it.
I have a short attention span so this is an amazing feat.
Was wondering if people can tell me on PP94, what the figure second from the left is.

I'll second that. Plenty of bubble wrap and a nice sturdy box.

Parks - I think Comic Shops (ie: Diamond Dsit.) has it in this new catalog that just came out. It is a resolicit from July. IT may be a few weeks before you can actually get one through the book stores.

S7 seems to be the only place right now.

Very impressive - slipcase, binding and paper quality are amazing, definitely something to keep rather than read and discard. Personally, I would vote for more text; longer, more in-depth articles, interviews with creators, and perhaps expanding the "collectors" section, which I found really interesting. Don't get me wrong, the layout and photos look great, but a little more information and a little less "toy porn" wouldn't go amiss. Just my 2 cents. Great job, though, everyone!

That is Bemlar, an Ultra-kaiju figure. Probably the Marusan edition, but the Bullmark edition looks very similar.

I wish our mail here sounded as cool as Parcel Force
it sounds like five lions need to bust out from a forest, underwater, cave, lava and wherever the hell the pink one is from to deliver your package or something, that is pretty sweet. It probably got lost in a battle with a Robeast or something.
Parcel Force, ASSEMBLE!

I vote for "Thunder Post" or "Postal-Gamma Team Go" those are flashy.
