i think that they had a few people sick recently, plus with the whole new logistical nightmare of their new distribution thingie working out with the other stores, they may be a little overwhelmed of late.....i think we might need to cut em a little extra slack.....just saying.....hope you get your mook with lightning speed,mm.

Re: mook offcial complaint thread i promise nobody at Super7 has any kind of grudge against you. unfortunately, with the high volume of orders, emails, questions, etc, and low volume of staff members, time, sleep, etc, here and there errors happen.
we do our very best to avoid this, and to address and correct them when they do occur. i believe someone from S7 has already contacted you about resolving this.
if anyone ever has any questions, concerns, problems, etc, please drop me an email or give us a call first, and we will do whatever we can to work it out.
