Post Respirator system
After looking into respirators I have found what seems to be the answer. A fully clean air system !!

http://www.envirosafetyproducts.com/pro ... e-man.html

Its a bit pricey but you will NEVER have to breath another vapor again. This means regardless of your spray booth your air will always be vapor free !!

Has anyone elese looked into this ??

I may be the first as I'm looking into selling something to fund it.

It looks nice, but I'm assuming that what it does is pump whatever air is next to the pump into your mask, be it dirty or clean correct? If that's the case, I would think you'd be able to do it for less than 1/2k. I don't know though. It says that the pump can be placed in an area of "clean air" up to 100 ft or so from the respirator itself, so in reading that I'm assuming there's no filter on it. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

There are filters on it, intake an exhaust. But 100 ft is pretty good enough distance away that fumes wont be an issue. Esp.if your already using a spray booth.

My personal issue is that my sinuses are VERY sensitive. So not having to worry about ANY fumes is a huge thing for me.

I don't want to get ahead of myself so that why I;m asking if anyone here has used something similar.

There is a video so check it out about the filter.

After watching the video it does look pretty nice. If you do get this, please let us know what you think. Also, I was wondering, do you wear eye protection when painting with v-color?

I know in style wars there was a scene where Iz the Wiz is having problems and stuff and is all sick and he said he would trade anything in the world for his health back so 540 doesn't seem that bad in that sense.

Shit, is v-color THAT toxic? You OG customizers. What the hell did ya'll use before V-color? I mean I built and painted many vinyl models in the past and used regular acrylics. I even used Games Workshop/Citadel water based paint with fantastic results. I don't think many here if any play with their Japanese vinyl toys like a 5 yr old would so the paint should be durable enough. Looks like an experiment is in order.

Well I decided that I'm gonna sell a few items this week to fund it. So when I get it I will let you all know the details.

So far this looks like one of the best things I've ever seen.
